New Dwelling for a Disabled Person, Eckington, Derbyshire

For a brief description of our involvement, our instructions were to take over a previous Architect involvement and review the design and “buildability” of the project. Following some extensive changes to the design and seeking relevant legislative permissions to make the construction of the dwelling possible and legal, we managed the process through a revised planning consent and complex construction drawing provisions for the eventual building contractor.  We are pleased that the project is now complete and the family occupy the property. Please see pictures of the completed dwelling.
