Our social commitments
France and Associates are committed to providing the best care possible to our clients. Providing them with designs and architectural solutions that provide them with a house that has been tailored to their specific additional needs. But our dedication goes beyond that by providing them with a dwelling that is far more than a house but is also a comfortable home for their family and those that take an active part in their care.
We take this commitment seriously and are committed to going beyond our professional realm by providing sponsorship, support and voluntary work to charities and individuals that have needs that cannot be met by other means. Since our launch, just over a year ago, we are proud to have worked closely with a number of local charities and individuals that we feel a close affinity with.
Forget me Not Trust
A local children's hospice who support families of children with life shortening illnesses. We wrote a small article found on our news page - you can view it here. We support them by being part of the 99ers business club, which means frequent donations from as little as 99p per day can help towards the continual running of the hospice and all the fantastic services they provide. They are our chosen charity of 2017.
Huddersfield Community Trust
The Huddersfield Community Trust (HCT) is at the heart of Huddersfield Giants RLFC. It's a place where community sports and educational activities take place, not only to improve fitness and well-being but to raise the hopes and aspirations of the young people of our own great Town community. With a re-vamp of the facilities, especially the accessibility, this is where France and Associates have been able to help HCT to meet their aims.
Children of Courage Awards
The Yorkshire Children of Courage Awards celebrates the young children of our county for all the unrecognised hard work they put in, whether it being courage in embracing their illnesses or playing a large part in caring for a family member. We are proudly sponsoring the award category 13 - 18 Special Recognition Award.
Jen Day's Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge
On Saturday 3rd June a team from France and Associates will put their best foot forward to take up the challenge of walking the Yorkshire three peaks. The challenge is to provide Jen Day with an accessible kitchen which will give her a hugely increased level of independence at home.
We are willing to provide our architectural services on a pro bono basis for members of the community who are in need, subject to an appraisal. Please contact one of our team to discuss your needs.
