France and Associates, who specialise in designing for persons with disabilities, have seen an increase in 2018, for enquiries with respects to providing reports and assessments on accommodation needs.

Jonathan France Dip MCIAT AssocRICS provides accommodation reports to CPR Part 35 requirements for the Personal Injury, Medical and Clinical Negligence industry.

Following a successful marketing drive in early 2018, enquiries increased by just over 250% in 2018, doubling the overall caseload into 2019.

The recruitment of Sharon McAughey of Paul S Withey Ltd sees an improvement in turnaround time and efficiency, bolstering the report writing team to assist its experts.

In addition, the increases above does not take into consideration cases that have stayed, where Mr France has been appointed as Accommodation Expert since Mr Withey’s retirement.

At present, current cases indicate a divide of instructions to 46% for Defendant’s instructions, 48% Claimant and 6% Single Joint Instructions.
