Following the announcement on the 4^th January 2021, we can share the latest construction updates:

• All construction sites can stay open.
• All builder’s merchants to remain open.
• Estate and letting agents can stay open, additionally, removal firms are also able to continue working.
• All France + Associates services can continue. Some expert witness property assessments may turn to virtual inspections, with follow up surveys of the homes carried out post lockdown. In Lockdown 1.0, we carried out a large number of property inspections virtually and prepared expert accommodation reports from the safety of our home office. These were then surveyed at no additional cost once lockdown ended.

Our staff are fully contactable by email and phone and site visits will continue in a Covid secure way.
