Richard Grota MCIAT, Chartered Architectural Technologist

Richard possesses extensive experience in national social housing schemes, retail and healthcare projects. His true passion lies in specialising in accessible design and adaptations, with a meticulous eye for detail. Richard excels in project management, requirement assessment, design development and navigating complex project constraints. As a Chartered Architectural Technologist with the CIAT, Richard brings over 38 years of industry expertise to the practice, spanning retail, commercial, residential and disabled adaptation sectors.

Martin Bird Business Manager

With a wealth of experience at both management and Director levels, Martin is currently dedicated to delivering essential business support to the evolving team at France+Associates. Having devoted the majority of his professional career to the Electrical Industry, specifically in Finance and Management roles, Martin boasts a rich and successful career. His expertise spans various businesses, from small family-run enterprises to large PLCs. Over the years, he has performed various roles, contributing to virtually every aspect of business operations. Now, Martin embraces the opportunity to transfer his skills to a fresh marketplace, marking a new chapter in his career journey.
