In recent months, Richard has been working closely with Jonathan France on accommodation claims matters, further solidifying his expertise in this critical area. Reflecting on his new role, Richard shares: 

“Taking on the role of Accommodation Expert is an exciting opportunity to further support clients on their journey towards rebuilding their lives after serious injury. Over the years, I have seen first-hand the transformative impact of well-considered accommodation solutions, and I am committed to providing thorough, evidence-based reports that address each client’s unique needs. I look forward to continuing my work alongside the F+A team to make a positive difference in this vital area.” 

Jonathan France highlights the importance of Richard’s expanded responsibilities: 

“Many involved in the personal injury and clinical negligence industry will be aware of the need for more experts to enter the field of providing written and oral evidence, with significant lead in times being an issue for cases to move forward. Richard joins the expert team at an excellent time, having become an integral and experienced member of the design team at F+A. Richard stands with his own solid reputation in the industry, having gained respect from his peers. Most importantly, Richard’s experience has been gained from supporting injured clients “on the ground” and is best placed to assess an injured party’s accommodation needs.” 

Like Jonathan, Richard will continue to play an active role within the F+A design team. This ensures he remains actively involved in design and adaptation projects while continuing to support clients as they rebuild their lives after injury.
