Our client was 23 years old when he was involved in a serious collision with a car at a Motor Enthusiasts meeting, leaving him with a serious spinal cord injury and confined to a wheelchair. He requires an adapted home near to his family and friends to enable him to live as independently as possible.

The property we found following extensive searches, feasibility studies and assessments is currently a single storey bungalow that requires extensive adaptations to make it suitable for our client to live there independently. The bungalow is close to his family and friends. He requires level access, full wheelchair accessibility, hoists, accessible kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and therapy room for continued rehabilitation at home. Along with carers accommodation and large garage to allow him to work on his passion for cars and vehicles.
What we have achieved so far
The photographs show the land and property we have found for our client and 3D render illustrations showing the extensive transformations we will make to the property in order to accommodate his needs. Our extensive search identified six properties that our expert team deemed suitable for our clients. Through careful and thorough examination and inspection the team, along with our client, selected this location in North Wales for his future home.
