Multi award winning property, remodelled, refurbished and extended for the benefit of a child living with catastrophic and life changing injuries.

Brief

This property was purchased on behalf of a Trust for the client. We worked collaboratively with our clients care team, occupational therapist, accommodation experts and clinical negligence solicitors, Irwin Mitchell. 

An important factor to the client and her family was that the property accommodated all her needs, whilst at the same time avoided the clinical finish that can be typical of 'disabled adaptations'. As architectural designers, we feel that it is important that our designs are inclusive of all the needs and requirements of members of the household.
